Terms and Conditions

The promoter of the Nursing Careers Week 2026 Survey (the “Sweepstakes”) is Health Carousel, LLC, having its registered office at 4000 Smith Road, Suite 410, Cincinnati, OH 45209 (“Health Carousel”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • Are currently working as nurses or have experience in bedside nursing;  
  • Are legal residents of a country where participation in such promotions is permitted by law; and  
  • Have reached the age of majority in their country or state of residence at the time of entry (collectively, “Participants”).

All winners must meet these eligibility requirements to receive a prize.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Recitals

1. By completing and submitting the survey, Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Only one (1) survey submission per person is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same individual may be disqualified.

Survey responses must be complete to qualify as an entry.

Entries may be submitted beginning on May 1, 2026 and ending on May 31 at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

Health Carousel is not responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected submissions for any reason.

2. A total of five (5) winners will be randomly selected.

  • Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Amazon gift card.  

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Health Carousel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

3. Each winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, Health Carousel reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Health Carousel will coordinate prize delivery based on the information provided by the winner. Health Carousel is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Survey responses are confidential and will be reported only in aggregate form.

By participating, Participants agree that their anonymized responses may be used for:

  • Nursing Careers Week 2026 programming  
  • Research and reporting, including a Global Nursing Career Mobility Report  
  • Development of future resources and content  

No personally identifiable information will be published without explicit consent.

5. Health Carousel’s decision in respect of all matters related to the Sweepstakes will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

7. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

8. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party. Participants are providing information solely to Health Carousel.
