Launched in 2024 by Health Carousel, the event was created to meet a growing global demand for career empowerment, flexibility, and support within the nursing profession. As a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions organization committed to the long-term success of nurses, Health Carousel recognized the need for a dedicated space where nurses could explore what’s next in their careers—beyond the bedside and across borders.
In 2025, we return with even more momentum. From November 10–14, Nursing Careers Week will feature daily webinars, panel discussions, career resources, and scholarship opportunities. Every session is designed to help nurses take ownership of their professional journey.
