Joel Agdalipe has worked at Health Carousel for five years, supporting internationally educated nurses throughout their journey in the United States. Over that time, he has supported hundreds of nurses from different nationalities working in healthcare facilities across the country. In his current role as an International Employee Supervisor, Joel supports nurses as they navigate workplace challenges, professional development, performance, and their long-term career goals. He also served as an Account Manager, partnering with healthcare facilities and their leaders to strengthen the nurse experience and create the best possible work environments and destinations for international nurses. Through these roles, Joel has developed a unique perspective on the international nurse experience—understanding both the challenges nurses face and the important role healthcare organizations play in helping them successfully build their careers and lives in the United States.
