Clara Kassner serves as the Senior Director of International Employee Experience at Health Carousel, where she leads the International Placement and Deployment Advocates and International Employee Supervisors teams. Together, these teams support internationally educated healthcare professionals throughout their journey to the United States, from identifying career opportunities and securing placements with healthcare organizations to preparing for deployment and successfully transitioning into their new communities and workplaces. Clara is passionate about creating exceptional experiences that empower healthcare professionals to build successful careers while strengthening the healthcare workforce across the United States.
